"My neighbor was having DBS do their driveway so I walked over and asked if they could give me an estimate for  my driveway. That day, they measured my driveway.  The owner David suggested that I could do an overlay and save some money.  This surprised me that he was trying to save me money which means less money for him.  I thought about the overlay but since the driveway was 30 years old, I decided  it would better to have it replaced.  The estimate was lower than  the first estimate I had from another company. I am so thankful that I chose DBS to do my driveway. The owner David takes pride in his work. The day the old asphalt was removed, it rained at night. The next day was sunny, David emailed that they would not be coming. He explained that he checked and it was still wet under the stones. He only does quality work and that we would have to wait another day to put the new asphalt down. The next day, they completed the work. The driveway looks beautiful. David and his entire crew were professional from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend DBS . I will be using DBS in the coming years to do the seal coating."

"I explained to Dave at DBS what we wanted--a front pathway that didn't hold water and dirt after rain storms.  I also was concerned that part of the apron at the end of my driveway had sunk and cracked and there was a dangerous lip of concrete pavement that could trip pedestrians.
He provided an estimate on the spot which we accepted the next day.  Our start date was July 23rd, which turned out to be over 90 degrees. The three man crew worked continuously in the heat to remove the concrete, frame the areas, lay a base of gravel type stones and set-up string borders to set height and slope of new walkways. Dave suggested he could add a curve to the walkway to replace the 90-degree angle, which looks very nice now. After waiting for weather reports without rain in the forecast, Dave and his crew came out to pour the concrete on Tuesday, the 29th and got things ready, but then the sky started to look ominous and thought it might be better to wait another day, which I agreed with. The next day the new concrete was laid. The workers made a nice frame-like border design around each section that is more appealing than a plain slab. The whole area was cleaned, swept, and left in good condition. The cost was as estimated and Dave accepted my personal check. He was very easy to work with and seems like a down to earth guy."
